Who We Are

Butler was built by operators — people who understand what it actually takes to keep vacation rentals performing day after day.

Our leadership brings experience from the Director of Operations level within a large-scale vacation rental management company, overseeing the systems behind hundreds of properties. That experience spans property operations, team leadership, vendor management, logistics, maintenance coordination, quality assurance, technology, inventory, owner relations, and the countless moving pieces required to deliver a consistent guest experience at scale.

That operational background is complemented by years of experience in commercial laundry, logistics and importing, hospitality, and business ownership, along with decades of relationships throughout the local business community. It brings a practical understanding of service, accountability, cost control, and what property owners expect from the people entrusted with their investment.
